Records from the Arolsen Archives on Refuges and Displaced Persons after WWII

The next three records are for Elizabeth Karoline Ravoux/Ravaux/Rawoux who was born a Knatz who is French. These records were were drawn up in connection with the so-called Allied Forces’ Orders, whose purpose was to obtain as much information as possible on the fate of prisoners of war, forced laborers and refugees.

The final record is a list of person of United Nationa and all other foreigners, German Jews and stateless persons who have died in the community of Neuenburg Vorm Wald. This area of Bavaria was known for its concentration camp Flossenbürg and its brutal death marches. The record is hard to read but the grave of Skiba Knatz is not known.
